Hell no to free spec work
It’s good to see the conversation about free spec work being had.
It’s never acceptable—even when framed as a competition or an open source thing.
One thing it guarantees is a barrier to inclusivity as only the most affluent can enter/contribute.
Time for a little break
I had a heck of a productive day yesterday, mainly so I can enjoy the nice (very) long weekend that I’ve given myself.
