I love seeing content like this on the web—especially on CSS-Tricks! I learned a lot from that site when I was starting out and these days, I'm lucky enough to write for them occasionally.

I reckon it's right about time to start boycotting Google. With the recent AMP and anti-URL crap, it's clear to see they are abusing their monopoly.
Let's stop using and recommending Chrome by default and set your default search engine to DuckDuckGo (or similar). Turn on your adblocker to starve them of income (Better Blocker is good as heck).
The best way to send a message to a corporation is to take their income from them, so do whatever you can to do that.

Delilah is often described by people as the “the most beautiful cat they've ever seen” or “the softest cat they've ever stroked”. Poor Dora never really gets a look-in when Delilah is about.
But, Delilah is one of the sweetest cats you'll ever meet. Although she's a bit “bitey”, she's full of love, easily forgives and purrs even before you stroke her.
